We currently deliver to addresses across Pakistan. International shipping is not available yet.

Delivery is free on every order.
How your order ships
LUMAVO works with partner suppliers who ship directly to you from their warehouses, most of which are overseas. Your order is passed to the supplier after you place it; they usually dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 8–17 days, depending on the product and your city. These estimates come from our suppliers and are not guaranteed; delays can happen around holidays, customs clearance and peak seasons.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Orders with items from different suppliers arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Customs
Parcels are imported into Pakistan. If customs or the courier contact you about duties or paperwork for your parcel, please contact us before paying anything so we can help.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
