How can I pay?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Orders are paid for when you place them.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel an order until it has been passed to our supplier for dispatch, usually within 24 hours.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available yet.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of which are overseas. Delivery usually takes about 8–17 days after dispatch. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout. See our Shipping page for details.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
If you order items from different suppliers, they ship separately and may arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status from your account.
Products
Do your lamps work during load-shedding?
Only products described as rechargeable run without mains power. USB-powered products can run from a power bank. Each product page states which applies.
Will the plug fit my socket?
Check the plug type on the product page. Some products ship with a US-type plug and need a simple plug adapter for Pakistani sockets.
Will a wireless charger work with my phone?
Wireless chargers work with Qi-compatible phones. Check your phone's specifications before ordering.
Is the 3D animation on the homepage the actual product?
No. The homepage animation is an abstract design element. Product pages show photos of the actual products.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded. Full details are on our Returns page.
